Demo Agreement

This agreement is entered into between CALTECH AB, hereinafter referred to as CALTECH, and the customer. The agreement covers the product(s) listed below. The product(s) remain the property of CALTECH and shall, upon expiration of the agreement, be returned to CALTECH in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping and bears all risk until CALTECH has received the product(s) returned in accordance with this agreement. Product(s) found to be damaged during return inspection will be charged to the customer at the stated sales price, after which the product(s) will be returned to the customer. Product(s) not returned within the agreed period will result in a charge corresponding to 10% per week of the product(s)’ sales price, unless otherwise agreed with a representative of CALTECH.
